The European Academy for Law and Legislation (EALL) is a network organisation. Experts from different countries are invited to participate in the trainings and the activity programme. Close cooperation with organisations such as the International Association of Legislation, as well as universities and other expertise centres in Europe and beyond, will assure the teaching of a broad range of subjects. The post-academic courses aim at interaction between the practitioners and academics, thus giving the courses a high practical value for legislative lawyers.
A partnership is:
The Innovative Rule of Law Initiative (IRI)
The EALL is one of the partners in the Innovative Rule of Law Initiative (IRI). The other partners are the The Hague Institute for the Internationalisation of Law (HiiL), the Microjustice Initiative and the Center for International Legal Cooperation (CILC).
The IRI develops and implements two things: open innovation processes, which can support rule of law innovation and innovative products and services that strengthen and improve the rule of law. In doing this IRI will establish a link between innovation experience within the business sector and other social organisations.
