EALL, 7-8 December 2009
On 7 and 8 December, prof. Wim Voermans (EALL and Leiden University) delivered the 3rd edition of the course on Legislative Drafting for the European Central Bank. The course welcomes participants working at the European Central Bank and civil servants working at the other institutions.
The two-day crash course offers a mix of both theory and (applied) hands-on practice, working with true to life examples. Its concept (learning by doing) was derived from the legislative drafting course provided to staff of the European Parliament (2001-2005). The course was held at the premises of the ECB in Frankfurt.
