EALL, 13-14 December 2009
On 14 December, SIGMA/OECD and the legal department of the Ministry of Finance in Tbilisi, Georgia are jointly organising a workshop on different approaches to legislative drafting throughout the EU. EALL is contributing expertise.
Prof. Wim Voermans (EALL) is one of the expert contributors to the workshop. The objective of the workshop is to provide Georgian professionals detailed explanations of how legislation is drafted and structured in EU Member States with the aim of starting the process of developing a manual for legislative drafting at the Ministry of Finance in Georgia and enabling better use of ICT in the drafting process.
