| Studyvisit 'Building the Regional Centre for Expertise on Regulatory Quality', Tunis (Tunisia) |
A delegation from the Tunis based Centre d'études Juridiques et Judiciaires (CEJJ) visited The Hague for a studyvisit. The event, co-designed with the OECD, was hosted by EALL. The aim of the Tunisian delegates was to reflect on key issues for the programme design of the Regional Centre for Expertise on Regularity Quality (RCERQ). This initiative aims at promoting expertise on regulatory quality and reform in the MENA region. Delegates and experts reflected in lively sessions on issues as regional network development, stakeholder relations, curriculum design and trends in regulatory policy. Future EALL involvement in the regional initiative will include peer-review and peer support activities. First activities of the Centre are scheduled to take place in the course of 2010. |
