18 legislative professionals from countries in the W-Balkan region participated in a 3 day course on legislative drafting, 8-10 July 2010 in Zagreb. EALL designed the course for ReSPA
The interactive course on the fundamentals of legislative rafting developed for the Regional School of Public Administration (ReSPA). The Regional School aims for development as an independent entity in the region, plays an important role in promoting co-operation amongst the countries in the Western Balkans.
Expert dr. Helen Xanthaki (Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, University of London) introduced the participants to the basics of legislative drafting and provided small scale assignments to provide for practice during interactive sessions.
